  • Resident Information such as gender, household income, budget, senior care needs, including health information and medical conditions, geographic preferences, veteran status, as well as other information you may choose to voluntarily provide such as marital status, religion, ethnicity, etc.

We use your personal information in the following cases:

  • Verification/identification of the user during website usage;
  • To provide you with the Services and complete the referrals you request, perform our contractual obligations and in the use of our ongoing business relationship;
  • Sending updates to our users with important information to inform about news/changes;
  • Communicate with you, including telephone, text, email regarding the use of our services;
  • Respond to your requests and any other communication from you, including providing customer service;

When you click on links that take you to external websites, you will be subject to their privacy policies and practices and not ours.


When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
